Nadya Suleman made a scattered, loopy appearance on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated) today, forgetting questions, distractedly moving her attention from one co-host to another, and breaking out in strange, braying fits of laughter throughout the entire segment.

Suleman's behavior is so odd that Joy Behar asks, "Are you on something?" Suleman responds by saying she's simply full of "energy." Hmm. Is that what the kids are calling it these days?
