Building on the success of 'Access Hollywood,' NBC has unveiled plans to expand its infotainment brand and debut 'Access Hollywood Live' as a daytime talk show this fall. According to the network's press release, the hour-long talk show will cover the day's big entertainment news, offer interviews, in-studio guests, correspondent reports and mix it in with "female-friendly segments" on the latest fashion styles and trends.
What's more, as the title suggests, the show will be broadcast live from its studio in Los Angeles.

"We are excited to bring a fresh, fun and fast-paced new show to daytime," 'Access Hollywood' and 'Access Hollywood Live' executive producer Rob K. Silverstein said in a statement.
If anything, this increased 'Access' may be filling a daytime void. A Wrap report states NBC came up with the program in part to replace 'The Martha Stewart Show,' which will leave its daytime syndication slot and take residence over at the Hallmark Channel come September.
Presently, 'Access Hollywood Live' is set to debut on six of NBC's local stations, in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, San Diego and Hartford in September. No hosts have been named just yet.
