BBC has already found success on ice with the U.K.'s 'Strictly Ice Dancing,' which is now in its sixth season.

In the meantime, ABC has also announced plans to air 'Thin Ice,' a two-night event that will feature a group of champion skaters who face off against each other. Famous Olympic champions like Dick Button, Katarina Witt and Kristi Yamguchi will sit on the judges panel, with Elisabeth Hasselbeck and world champion Kurt Browning set to host.

'Thin Ice' airs Mar. 19 and 21.
