'Who Do You Think You Are?' (8PM, NBC) series premiere
Will audiences be privy to the deep, dark family secrets of the stars? Could be, as this seven-part series, produced by 'Friends' star Lisa Kudrow, follows seven celebs as they research their family trees and find out some surprising info. First up is 'Sex and the City' star Sarah Jessica Parker, whose research takes her coast-to-coast, from Northern California to Salem, MA, and reveals surprising tragedy and relationships. SJP's hubby, Matthew Broderick, will also explore his ancestral history in an upcoming episode, as will Kudrow, Spike Lee, Susan Sarandon, Brooke Shields and NFL vet (and 'Dancing with the Stars' champ) Emmitt Smith.'Who Do You Think You Are?' 'Friday Night With Jonathan Ross' – Leno and Letterman wish they could get this line-up for one show: Tim Burton and Andrew Lloyd Webber are J.R.'s guests. (10PM, BBCA)

'Numb3rs' – Don delves into a sad, creepy case as he investigates the deaths of two men who were sexually abused by a teacher when they were children. (10PM, CBS)

'The Soup Awards' – Reality show fun poker at-er Joel McHale and his 'Soup' buds ladle up some accolades for the funniest, unintentionally so, pop culture moments in recent memory. (10PM, E!)

'Independent Spirit Awards' – Eddie Izzard hosts the 25th annual indie movie awards, the more irreverent, laid back lead-up to the Oscars. (11PM, IFC)
