Brooke Burke to Co-Host 'Dancing With the Stars'

Brooke Burke has been named the new co-host of 'Dancing With the Stars.'

According to Variety, Burke will join the show when it returns for its 10th season on March 22. She'll take over for Samantha Harris, who announced her departure earlier this year.

Melissa Rycroft, Vanessa Minnillo and Mel B. were also up for the gig, according to the report.

Burke should ease comfortably into her new gig, having previously won the show when she competed during its seventh season. She's also hosted a slew of TV shows in the past, from 'Rock Star: INXS' to E!'s 'Wild On.'
