TV Casting: Scott Foley Joins 'True Blue'

Scott FoleyScott Foley has joined the cast of ABC's 'True Blue.' Foley -- who just wrapped up a guest stint on 'Cougar Town' -- will play the assistant DA in the series, about a group of homicide detectives who are reunited when one of their colleagues is murdered. Also joining the cast is Ana Ortiz of 'Ugly Betty' fame. [Hollywood Reporter]

Fugit will join Emmy winner Debra Messing in the series, about a conservative political pundit (Messing) whose personal life is negatively impacted by her public image. Kyle BornheimerKyle Bornheimer may be having the best week ever. The former 'Worst Week' star has landed the lead role in the new CBS comedy from Carter Bays and Craig Thomas ('How I Met Your Mother'), about a Pittsburgh-based couple and their friends. Bornheimer will play the boyfriend of the couple who "means well but doesn't always finish what he starts." Or, in other words: every boyfriend who ever existed. [Hollywood Reporter]

Kanye WestKanye West will guest on the May 2 episode of 'The Cleveland Show.' In it, West will play, of all people, Kenny West, a local hero who battles Cleveland Brown, Jr. for the heart of a young woman (Taraji P. Henson). Buzz AldrinSoon-to-be 'Dancing With the Stars' contestant Buzz Aldrin will reportedly guest on an upcoming episode of '30 Rock.' The legendary astronaut broke the news on his Twitter, saying, "In NYC today taping w/Tina Fey for upcoming 30 Rock episode set to air 5/11. Fun times."
