According to The Hollywood Reporter, the network has acquired the television rights to the box-office and Best Picture-nominated sensation, which just won Sandra Bullock her first Oscar on Sunday. The film -- which made over $250 million, domestically -- will premiere sometime in 2012.

Meanwhile, the Disney-owned network has also picked up the TV rights to Tim Burton's box-office champ 'Alice in Wonderland.' The film stars Johnny Depp, Mia Wasikowska and Anne Hathaway, and made over $116 million in it's opening weekend.

'Alice' is currently on screens in both 3D and 2D, but the network has yet to announce which format it will use. Like the 'Blind Side,' the film will premiere sometime in 2012.

No financial terms were released for either acquisition.
