Chase Scene Turns Deadly on 'Southland' (VIDEO)

On the surface, this clip from 'Southland' (Tue., 10PM ET on TNT) appears to be a cut-and-dried chase scene gone awry. Perp takes off, cops chase him, perp's car rolls over and explodes in fiery flames.

But WE know what the real problem is – he's driving a Toyota. That company just can't catch a break anywhere.
