Although yet to be confirmed by MTV, reports reveal that the second season of the fan fave will find the cast mates living large in a South Beach house that, natch, is being renovated to the nines before shooting starts later this month.

The location change and fast turnaround isn't all that surprising, considering what a success 'Jersey Shore' has been for the network thus far. Its season 1 finale, for example, attracted more than 5 million viewers in January.

And while New Jersey's much-maligned reputation can no doubt use a break from this gang of guidos, many in Miami are wondering what they did to deserve two tacky TV shows (don't forget E's 'Kourtney and Khloe,' also renewed for a second season, films there too) descending upon them.

As Mike Sorrentino, a.k.a. 'The Situation' so eloquently articulated in the first episode, "This situation is gonna be indescribable, you can't even describe the situation that you're about to get into the situation."

Yeah. What he said.
