Carlos Mencia on Shoe Size and the Sexes (VIDEO)

According to Carlos Mencia, there actually is a direct correlation between a man's shoe size and the size of his ... um ... you-know-what. But, this rule does not apply in any way to women, he said on 'The Wendy Williams Show' (weekdays, syndicated).

When Wendy Williams admits she wears shoes in the 11-12 range, Mencia replies, "But it's okay, though. There's no correlation for women ... When a guy says, 'I have a [size] five shoe,' women are like, 'Oh, no!'"

Williams eventually asks Mencia to reveal his own shoe size. "I'm a 10 1/2, but my shoes are really thick," he said.
