Not that we needed one, but here's a prime example why it's a bad idea to chew gum on live television. During a segment on how men use sex as a way to handle stress on the fourth hour of 'Today' (weekdays, 7AM ET on NBC), correspondent Sarah Haines starts to read comments on the topic from the Web, but has difficulty due to gum in her mouth. Haines pauses, excuses herself, then spits the gum out on camera.
