  • PBS has a new 'Washington Week' at 8, then new episodes of 'NOW' and 'Bill Moyers Journal.'
  • MyNetwork TV has a new 'Smackdown!' at 8.
  • TCM has 'The Beast From 20,000 Fathoms' at 8, followed by 'It Came From Beneath The Sea' and 'The Monster That Challenged The World.'
  • GSN has a new 'Instant Recall' at 8.
  • At 9, FOX has a new 'Kitchen Nightmares.'
  • Syfy has a new 'Caprica' at 9.
