Here's a Sneak Peek at 'Hot in Cleveland' (Betty White's New Show)

You know what? This show looks pretty good. From this clip, it looks like Betty White is as funny as ever, and Valerie Bertinelli, Wendie Malick, and Jane Leeves are likable actresses too. Plus the writing doesn't seem horrible like a lot of sitcoms. I don't know what TV Land would consider a "hit," but this looks like fun. It debuts in June.

The canned laughter has to go... Otherwise, for a pilot (complete with awkward exposition), that 2 minutes wasn't bad.

If the canned laughter is over the top, I won't watch it after trying it the first time, even though I like Betty. Nothing can surpass "The Golden Girls" even though Bea Arthur was the weak link in it.

From such a talented and smart woman as Betty White who has authored books, traveled the world, and made millions, I think she might just be on to our dear gal Sarah Palin. Wisdom comes with age my dear.

Love Betty White in everything she has done for all these years. No need for 4 letter words with her. She can get a racy comment across with the F words.
And for those who said the laugh track bothered them...it sounds like a "live" audience to me. And I love all the other ladies in the show too. It's going to be a great ride...maybe go to channels 2, 4 or 7 so everyone can enjoy them.

I've never seen ANYTHING Betty White is in that I haven't loved. Betty - stay well and keep us laughing for many many more years. We love ya!
