Teresa Fails to Make a Client's Hair Big on 'Jerseylicious' (VIDEO)

Residents of New Jersey know a thing or two about big hair, well, except for Teresa on 'Jerseylicious' (Sun., 10PM on STYL).

During the opening day of the salon, Teresa really annoys a customer. First, she used cold water to wash the client's hair, then she gabbed the woman's ear off and to top it off, she couldn't get the client's hair to the desired volume.

When the other staffers tried to smooth things over with the client by offering a gift card, the woman refused.
