After Harry Smith, anchor of CBS' 'The Early Show,' shared his colonoscopy on national television, he appeared on the 'Late Show with David Letterman' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on CBS) to give the Top 10 list of things going through his mind during the ... er, intimate appointment.
