'The Real World' (10PM ET on MTV) lived up to its name on last night's episode, when Mike's boyfriend came out to his family. They weren't happy, and his mom even talked about having to "sell the ranch'" (what century is this again?).

But Mike had just the right words: "What you need to show her is that you're still the same person that you've always been, but the person that you choose to be with and to love is the person that makes you happy, not the person that society is telling you to be with."

That's probably too long for a bumper sticker, but can somebody please put that on a poster or coffee mug or something?
