Saul Bass is an Oscar-winning graphic designer who became famous for his animated opening title sequences for filmmakers such as Alfred Hitchcock and Stanley Kubrick. Known for his simple style, Bass designed title sequences for such films as 'Casino,' 'Big,' 'West Side Story' and the original 'Ocean's Eleven.'

Before Comic-Con 2009, ABC ran a contest asking fans to submit their theme song tributes to be screened at the event. According to this YouTube user, this video just missed the submission deadline, but we're still showing it some love. The retro vibe works really well with a lot of 'Lost's' science fiction and mystery elements.
