On the latest episode, Oliver confronts a school principal and some lunch ladies over the controversial issue of... utensils.

There seems to be a lack of knives in Huntington, which somewhat flabbergasts the English chef. "This is school," he says. "...You teach them to spell, you teach them to read, you teach them to write. You teach them to use a knife and fork. You don't want to bring up a nation of kids that only use their fingers and a spoon."

For their part, the lunch ladies seems equally flabbergasted by Oliver. "Are you telling me, honestly" says one, "that your kindergartners have knives and forks and spoons." When Oliver confirms, the lunch lady replies, "[Can I see] documentation on that?" Yikes!
