Michelle Obama Honored at 'Kids' Choice Awards' (VIDEO)

First Lady Michelle Obama was honored with a Big Help Award at the 'Kids' Choice Awards 2010' (Sat., 8PM ET on Nick). She really is a great role model for encouraging kids to get healthy and stay that way.

It's probably good that she taped her acceptance speech, lest she get slimed on stage. Something tells us she probably wouldn't even have minded, though.
