According to the show, the hat is identical to one owned by James' first mistress, Michelle "Bombshell" McGee.

James' friends say that he's not actually a Neo-Nazi, and that he took the picture for "shock value." Funny how one's past comes back to haunt you. Dressing up as a Nazi can't possibly be good for James ... or Bullock.
