Dating expert Regena "Mama Gena" Thomashauer appeared on the latest episode of 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated) to give tips for snagging a guy. One piece of advice, as discussed by Rachel Ray: "Go to the ladies' room and take [your] undies off."

Yes, Thomashauer advocates "going commando" (i.e. pantyless) in order to seduce a man. Ray herself seems a bit shocked by this advice. "I've never 'gone commando' in my life, not ever!" she says. "Maybe when I was three [years old]; that's the last time."
