Demetri Gets a 20 Year-Old Message on 'FlashForward' (VIDEO)

The TV drama 'FlashForward' (Thu., 8PM ET on ABC) is based upon the premise that nearly everyone in the world has simultaneously experienced a sudden loss of consciousness, during which they saw their lives six months into their future. But sometimes, unexpected visions can come from the past as well. On the latest episode of the show, Demetri (John Cho) received a message from a mysterious figure named Dyson Frost. A message that was sent directly to him -- from 20 years in the past.

The message suddenly appeard on a static-y television. "Hello Demetri. My name is Dyson Frost. And I'm recording this message in 1991." Demetri and his friend Simon (Dominic Monaghan) stared at the TV, thunderstuck. "Got your attention, didn't I?" Frost said. Yes indeed!
