NBC has a new 'Who Do You Think You Are?' at 8, followed by a new, two-hour 'Dateline.'
The CW has a new 'Smallville' at 8.
PBS has new episodes of 'Washington Week,' 'NOW,' and 'Bill Moyers Journal.'
Nickelodeon has a new 'Big Time Rush' at 8.
Also at 8: MyNetwork TV has a new 'Smackdown!'
At 9, Syfy has a new 'Stargate Universe,' then the series premiere of 'Merlin.'
There's a new 'Clone Wars' on Cartoon Network at 9.
Teen Nick has a new 'Degrassi: The Next Generation' at 9.
At 10, E! has a new episode of 'The Soup.'
BBC America has a new 'Friday Night with Jonathan Ross' at 10.
STARZ has a new 'Spartacus: Blood & Sand' at 10.
