'TMZ' (weekdays, syndicated on Fox) has the scoop. Murray claims that he only injected Jackson with 25 milligrams of the sedative Propofol, which is the drug that led to Jackson's lethal cardiac arrest.
According to Murray, he left the room for two minutes to go to the bathroom, and Jackson then woke up and instantly injected himself with the rest of the Propofol -- 7/8ths of an entire bottle. So according to this story, Murray is innocent -- and Jackson caused his own death.
This story may sound hard to believe, but as TMZ reminds us, Murray only has to create "reasonable doubt" to be found not guilty of causing Jackson's death.
