Whoopi Goldberg seemed to voice support for Jesse James on 'The View' (weekdays, syndicated), arguing that James may have simply been searching for "something different" outside his marriage to Sandra Bullock. Goldberg also indicated that she too has cheated while married for a similar reason.

"Hey, listen, I did it five or six times ... Yes, I screwed around. Yes, while I was married. I made those mistake too, yeah. It happens sometimes. It happens," Goldberg said. "Maybe he was trying to find something different too."
