And once again, she's surrounded by controversy -- controversy about teen pregnancy. Palin released a public service announcement for National Teen Pregnancy Month, but some people find the message of the ad to be... confusing. Is Palin saying that having a baby is a good thing or a bad thing?
In the ad, Palin stands in a fancy living room, wearing an expensive outfit and a string of pearls. The 19 year-old holds her son Tripp in her arms. Then Palin says to the audience: "What if I didn't come from a famous family? ...What if I didn't have all these opportunities?" At this point, the image suddenly changes -- showing Palin in a suddenly bare room, stripped of her fancy clothes, with a helpless Tripp by her side. "It wouldn't be pretty," Palin concludes.
'Entertainment Tonight' (weekdays, syndicated) asks the question: what is Palin saying here? That her having a baby was a mistake?
