"Are you ready to have your mind blown apart by the most awesome show in the universe?" Jack Black promised this to a class full of young headbangers in 'School of Rock,' and now, he's promising to blow TV viewer's minds."Don't worry TV ... Help is on the way!" he tells the Hollywood Reporter about his new television production deal. His company, the awesomely named Electric Dynamite, has a two-year pact with Reveille to develop online scripted comedies, unscripted and animated projects that will, presumably, save us from this awful, Jack Black-less rut we've gotten into.

Black's no stranger to the small screen, having gotten his start as the co-creator/star/executive producer of HBO's 'Tenacious D.' More recently, he was swung by NBC sitcoms 'The Office' and 'Community.'
He'll next hit the big screen as a globe-trotting travel writer who gets stuck on an island of tiny Lilyputians in 'Gulliver's Travels.'
