So what does it all mean? Smith even had the audacity to stop and eat at Cisco Burger, a restaurant owned by James. Is it all a publicity stunt? Or does Smith really want to help Bullock out? 'TMZ' (weekdays, syndicated) is skeptical. "Why do we believe [Smith] about anything?" asks head TMZ reporter Harvey Levin.
