Here's the situation: In addition to its premiere date, MTV News has confirmed the cast will indeed film season 2 in Miami -- for at least part of the time, anyway. Once the temperatures heat back up, the cast will invade the Jersey boardwalk once more, according to the report.

As we reported earlier this week, MTV has set up a casting site "in case the show decides to explore the option of adding new castmembers to the second season," the network clarified today.
