Would you trust Tyra Banks to cut your hair? Would you let her do it if you were a guest on her show? That's the question facing the guests on the most recent episode of 'The Tyra Show' (weekdays, syndicated). Banks did a series of "girl power" makeovers, which involved cutting one guest's hair fairly radically. "So I'm going to cut you at a jagged angle," she said. "... Okay?" Um, okay.

Everything seemed to work out for the best, though, and the woman and her husband seemed pleased with the makeover. "Cut, cut, cut!" said Banks, as an African dance and drum ensemble started to play. Most people don't do haircuts with drums playing and an audience clapping. But with Banks involved, it all seemed weirdly ... normal.
