Things aren't always what they seem, and that's even more true if you're a doctor on a medical drama. On the latest episode of 'Miami Medical' (Fri., 10PM ET on CBS), doctor Eva Zambrano (Lana Parrilla) encounters a man who has come into the hospital in order to check on his good friend. Unfortunately... the man seems to have a few problems of his own.

"Is your arm okay?" Parrilla says to the man. And then things start to get bad. "I'm fine," the man says. "I think you've been shot in the back of the neck," Parrilla replies. And then, things start to get even worse.
