Barney finds himself trapped between two sexy girls who believe that he is "Neil Armstrong" -- who is apparently either an astronaut or a famous cyclist. (Possibly a small confusion with Lance Armstrong is happening here.)

Anyway, Barney handles the situation with his usual suaveness. He explains that he was just on his way to the astronaut launch pad, when he was mugged, and the mugger took... his Space Shuttle keys. Yes! Plausible! "Nailed it!" Barney says. "Who's up for a three-way?" he adds.
