Rachael Ray caught up with Matthew McConaughey at the SXSW Festival and had a kind of bizarre interview with the new dad.

In the interview that aired on 'Rachael Ray' (weekdays, syndicated), McConaughey gave Camila Alves a shout-out, calling her the "champion," discussed his children's sleeping patterns and balked at changing diapers.

"I do do it, but not that much," he said.
