George Lopez wants to set the record straight on how he feels about Conan O'Brien returning to late-night with a show on TBS, the same network as his 'Lopez Tonight' (Weeknights, 11PM ET).

"I'm really happy! And I'm a Latino -- I'm never happy!" said Lopez on last night's show. "I see so much doubt in people's eyes. I haven't seen that much doubt since I told them I needed a kidney."

Speaking of kidneys, O'Brien happens to be the same blood type.... If need be, the Team LoCo relationship could reach "a whole new level."
