At the hearing in Philadelphia, Krieder testified along with his wife, Jodi. They said that child labor laws should be changed to protect children who appear in reality TV shows. 'Inside Edition' (weekdays, syndicated) has the scoop. Jodi Kreider said that her goal was to change the law -- not just to protect the Gosselin children, but to protect any kid who might be on a reality show.

Among other things, Gosselin's brother claimed that the children had no privacy and were forced to live in an unsafe environment, where they were constantly surrounded by dangerous lighting and camera crews. So what do you think? Was being on TV bad for the Gosselin children, or not?
