I have been watching Bill for..........forever. His show was a gas, even though he waltzed around political issues (can't expect him to tell the REAL truth and actually stay on the airways),he did and has managed to expose much that needed exposing. Plus he made me laugh like hell.
Last weeks show w/Oliver Stone and Rachel Maddow blew it all for me. His guests were left speechless by his pro-Israeli statements and Oliver Stone was the only one to speak up and disagree w/him. I got the distinct feeling that Maher was made to say what he did and all the years of being his loyal fan disappeared at that moment. Saying nothing, or making a joke is understandable. But defending mass murder of people throwing rocks, ya gotta be kidding me??? Bye Bill.
