We're glad you're not our daddy, David Duchovny. According to Duchovny, the problem with kids today is that parents are far too involved in their lives, and not hands-off like his father was with him, he said on 'The Bonnie Hunt Show' (weekdays, syndicated)."Parents are just way too involved in kids' lives now," Duchovny said. "It's true. My son, when he was three-years-old, he was in t-ball, and there were forty parents watching these kids miss a t-ball. I had to beg my father to come to the little league championship game, right? So, by the time these kids are five, their parents have seen them in 700 sporting events. And it's too much."
