Leave it to Tracy Morgan to take makeup capes to bizarre new extremes. On 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated), Kelly Ripa shows off the cape that Morgan wears while having his makeup done before performing.

It's a not a simple, single-color garment, though. Instead, it's a cape with a fantasy image of a woman and a lion on a starry background.

"James Brown gave me that cape," Morgan said proudly.
