If you take Drew Carey, a hidden camera, and random acts of kindness and add them all together, there's pretty much just one reasonable response to the results: 'WTF!''Wow That's Funny!', that is. According to the Hollywood Reporter, that's the creative acronym that producers of Carey's newest television endeavor have come up with to slip the title 'WTF!' past the censors.
The series, which is currently being developed by CBS, follows Carey around as he uses "flash-mob tactics" to suddenly and surprisingly bring happiness to deserving folk around the country.

Carey, of course, can also currently be found hosting the long running game show staple 'The Price Is Right,' which means the husky comedian will be simultaneously fronting the shows with the most literal and euphemistic titles on television. He'll be teaming with producer Tom Forman, a reality specialist who counts shows such as 'Find My Family,' 'Kid Nation' and 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' among his credits.
The spirit of generous intervention that 'Extreme Makeover: Home Edition' displays will likely be on display as well in 'WTF!,' though mixed liberally with the improvisational humor that Carey perfected on 'Whose Line Is It Anyway?' The show will feature such high concept stunts as transforming a truck stop into a five-star restaurant.
All we can say is: 'WTF!' indeed.
