Sharon Osbourne revealed on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' that she jokingly threatens to lick fellow 'America's Got Talent' judge Howie Mandel as a form of punishment. Mandel is a notorious germaphobe, and recently replaced David Hasselhoff as a judge on the talent show.

Regis Philbin tries to start trouble by suggesting that Osbourne should lick Mandel's head as a "friendly gesture." But little does Philbin know, Osbourne has already considered using her tongue as a weapon against Mandel. "Howie loves to talk. And when he talks and talks, I say, 'Howie, if you don't stop, I'm going to lick you,'" Osbourne said.
