You might want to include the Timothy McVeigh special MSNBC is running at 9:00 as something that might interest people. Rachel Maddow is presenting a look at McVeigh based on interviews done before his execution.

It states all shows listed as new, so whatever is showing at those times is a repeat.

Yeah, but they list it as "Tonight's TV Lineup". They should list all of the stuff on the major channels even it is a rerun. If it is a rerun then note it as such. Don't just leave it off. That is being sloppy and incomplete.

If they want to list only new shows then say as much. Don't say "All shows listed are new, unless otherwise noted" which infers that rerun shows will be listed and noted as such.
