Ah, Jay, with beauty and fashion comes sacrifice. Last night Heidi Klum used her visit to the 'Tonight Show' (weeknights, 11:35PM ET on NBC) as an opportunity to give host Jay Leno a new look.

Much to his chagrin, she teased his hair with a comb and then sprayed it black. He was... not exactly thrilled with the makeover, or the maintenance.

"There's black stuff dripping down my face," said Leno, wiping his face with a towel. Klum's response: "I think I did a terribly good job -- brings out the eyes." Leno does manage to get a few jokes out of it, so maybe the new hair style was worth it after all.
