Can you change the future? That's the question on 'FlashForward' (Thu., 8PM ET on ABC). The characters on the show have already seen into their futures. And for one of them -- Demetri (John Cho) -- moving forward means death.

Demetri's vision of what is to come involves his own murder. Now, the day of his vision has arrived. Demetri is caught in a chair, with a gun pointed at his head. The gun itself is part of a larger trap -- there are wires, and a laser beam that is focused on Demetri. But then, his partner Mark Benford (Joseph Fiennes) arrives. Can Mark save his friend even if Demetri is destined to die?
