Guy Finds Call Sheet For 'Lost' Finale and Now It's Online
Needless to say, this post contains massive spoilers. So a guy was sitting in a Honolulu restaurant recently and saw a piece of paper that had the word 'Lost' on it. Turns out it's the studio call sheet for the series finale! What does he do? He sends it to Gawker, of course (see also iPhone, Apple's new). And it looks like it's the real thing because ABC contacted Gawker and they want the call sheet back.
What secrets does it hold? If you want to know more, continue after the jump. If you don't want to know more, click here for some great pasta recipes at Kitchen Daily!
The most surprising thing? It reveals that everyone on the island is a robot, even Vincent the dog! OK, it actually doesn't say that, but it does reveal which cast members are in the last episode, even if those names are not a big surprise (Matthew Fox, Terry O'Quinn, Michael Emerson, etc). There's a scene where Jack and Locke lower Desmond into something via a rope, so I guess we know he didn't get shot by Sayid in the most recent episode (as if we thought he did anyway), and there's a scene where Jack's nose starts to bleed. Uh-oh.
The most intriguing part might be the description of a scene that says "Jack in hell," which sounds like maybe the island does have something to do with purgatory/hell/heaven and all that stuff we thought had been dismissed two seasons ago.
As Gawker says we can't be 100% sure that this is a real call sheet and not some fake cooked up by the network to throw off the media. Or even if it is accurate, who's to say if it's the final version that was given to cast and crew. Maybe there have been changes to what happens in the finale that aren't reflected in this call sheet. The network says it "contains elements of truth."
I think it's real and I think it's accurate. I guess we'll have to wait until May 23 to know for sure though. I like how under "Costumes" it says "Cast Wet."
