Kristin Cavallari confirmed on 'Live With Regis and Kelly' (weekdays, syndicated) that Spencer Pratt has been kicked off 'The Hills' for making a death threat against a show producer.

"He threatened one of the producers and told her he was going to kill her," Cavallari said. Pratt was reportedly removed from the show in mid-March, with his return contingent upon the successful completion of anger management training.
