Sometimes, a doctor's work is never done. On 'Miami Medical' (Fri., 10PM ET on CBS), Doctor Zambrano (Lana Parrilla) steps out of the daily grind of the hospital -- and tries to change her clothes in the locker room. But even there, she's not alone. A deranged patient follows her into the room. Then, he points a gun at her.

The patient is bleeding and looks upset. He aims the gun at the doctor. "Please," he says to her, "I don't want to use this." "That makes two of us," she replies.
