Did Sam Rockwell Almost Kill Girlfriend Leslie Bibb? (VIDEO)

Clearly Sam Rockwell should stick to acting; offering medical advice is just not his strength.

When girlfriend Leslie Bibb, the 'Talladega Nights' and 'Iron Man' actress, got a major concussion, Rockwell gave her all the wrong treatment, she explained on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live' (weeknights, 12:05AM ET on ABC).

And after five hours of "projectile vomiting," Bibb drove herself to the ER for some legit medical care. The doctors and nurses were less than impressed with her boyfriend, but said Bibb, "He was really sweet and an angel -- he took care of me."

"The angel of death is what he was," countered Jimmy Kimmel.
