Ellen Pompeo's Lesson Learned on 'Grey's Anatomy' (VIDEO)

According to Ellen Pompeo, she's learned a great deal working with the cast of 'Grey's Anatomy' over the past five years, but the biggest lesson she learned was to think before she spoke, she said on 'Good Morning America' (weekdays, 7AM ET on ABC). "To get along with people on a daily basis ... is something that takes work and patience," Pompeo said. "I've probably learned to -- or maybe I haven't learned to -- not always say what I'm thinking. I have a tendency to say what I'm thinking all the time, and maybe it's not the best thing to do."
