There's a slight case of mistaken identity on 'The New Adventures of Old Christine' (Wed., 8PM ET on CBS). A policeman visits Christine (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) to warn her about a prowler in the neighborhood. Since the cop is very good-looking and named "Officer Johnson," Christine comes to the somewhat odd conclusion that he's a male stripper dressed as a cop. Quite naturally, this mistake leads to a few awkward moments.

After clearing up the confusion, Christine attempts to spin the whole "stripper" thing as being a compliment. The policeman takes it all in stride, and zings Christine back. "Thank you," he says in reply. "For the record, you could be a hooker."
