Wendy Williams' Mother Makes Her Cry (VIDEO)

Wendy Williams was brought to tears on 'The Wendy Williams Show' (weekdays, syndicated) when her mother, Shirley, told the story of her birth, which coincided with the passing of her grandmother.

"In 1964, my family was full of stress and in a lot of darkness ... But then, a ray of sunshine came into our lives. Wendy was born in July. So, what it a wonderful blessing it was to us," Shirley said, adding she tended to her newborn and took care of her dying mother at the same time that summer.
